My husband is Belgian and we know a number of French Danish couples with kids and a number of single french guys. Time has been little to do much in that area of the friends network, but I will be happy to introduce you to some french guys (they all found Danish women) - send me a mail at berit.frederiksen@gmail.com

I heard there were 5000 french people in Denmark... so you are right. But I am interested in meeting Danes also of course. I didn't want it to sound that I am only interested in meeting French people. I am acutally from Haiti (of a french mother and a Haitian father) and i know there are only 6 haitians in all of denmark so i didn't bother asking for them...

Hi Stephanie,

Are you familiar with the Les Francophones de Copenhagen Meetup group? I don't speak french myself (I wish I could - their meetups looks great ;-) so I can't tell you much about what they say on their website.

You might also find the event People and climate change: what are environmental refugees? tomorrow interesting. It is arranged by the French Embassy and there are usually many french speaking people persons attending the events.

Je n'habite pas à Copenhague. Je suis au sud de CPH, pas trop loin non plus, à peu près une vingtaine de minutes...

donc tu es dans le grand copenhague! j'organise un diner haitien a la maison le 28 novembre prochain. Je voulais t'inviter. je n'arrive pas a trouver de patate douce ici. As tu plus de chance que moi?

super si tu peux venir, viens avec ton mari si tu peux! je ne parle pas du yams la racine qui est orange et tres sucree mais de la patate douce qui est de chaire blanche. je voulais faire une friture aussi friture de bananes pesees. ma cousine m'envoie les cubes maggi pour faire du riz djon djon et je voulais faire un griot. pour le dessert je voulais faire un blanc mange mais je ne sais toujours pas comment on achete la gelatine ici...si tu peux apporter la friture ce serait super. je pense que nous serons 8-10 au total.

l'ordinateur a envoye mon message alors que je n'avais pas fini. je voulais corrige ma phrase car je compte bien sur faire la friture moi meme je voulais juste savoir si tu avais trouve les patates douces et les bananes vertes. moi je peux trouver localement les bananes vertes. aussi mon adresse email c'est stephanie@stefanee.org pour pouvoir te donner mon adressee...
