Starting a business

Hello there,I was wondering if anyone could direct me to an organization/website where I could find out information about starting a business in Denmark as a resident...or even if that is possible without citizenship. My name is Gbemi Petersen and I came to Denmark due to marriage not because of a job opportunity, but I do currently work for LEGO in Billund. I am originally from Nigeria, but went to university and graduate school in the U.S. and so was living there for 13 years before moving to Denmark 2 years ago.
