I am a Family Physician from the US, who has moved here with my Danish husband of 19 years. We have been living in the Seattle area, but have brought our two children here after an experience in the third world. We're trying to learn Danish now and find our way around!

Do you know where we could start looking? Do you have any information concerning the process of finding/applying for work as a doctor in Denmark (i.e. apart from what the official sites provide)? What is the average salary of a specialist doctor? Is the cost of living affordable for someone of that profession?
